Style of Yoga
The style of Yoga taught on the Yoga Arts’ Yoga Rejuvenation Retreats is Vinyasa Yoga with emphasis on alignment focused asanas, and the flow of breath, while transitioning from pose to pose. The morning Vinyasa Yoga practice is more dynamic, to start the day. The afternoon classes are designed to be more alignment focused and restorative allowing the time to go deeper into specific areas of the body, finishing with relaxation and pranayama in preparation for winding down for the evening ~ guaranteeing a restful nights sleep.
