Our aim on the Yoga Arts’ 200 Hour Training is to offer our participants first hand experience of living yoga every day in a natural environment and to teach the skills to continue to live an Ayurvedic and yogic lifestyle for optimum health and well being.
Enjoy the luxury of observing silence for periods of time through out the 4 weeks of the Yoga Arts’ 200 hour training ~ enhancing a deep sense of inner peace and calm, promoting the ideal internal environment for self healing to take place.
Prerequisite 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
To be accepted onto the Yoga Arts 200 hour training, we like our participants to have completed a minimum of 2 years consistent, dedicated yoga training and practice under the guidance of a qualified yoga teacher(s). The student will also be required to provide Yoga Arts with 1 yoga reference from their yoga teacher.

ACCOMMODATION AT THE SHALA BALI
The Shala Bali was recently voted one of the most beautiful Yoga Shalas in Bali
After your application is complete and you have been accepted onto the 200 hour Training, and after you have transferred your holding deposit, your on-site twin share accommodation booking will be secured. All students are required to stay onsite. Twin share accommodation onsite is provided at The Shala Bali at a special monthly rate including a nutritious vegetarian breakfast.
The Shala Bali > is a beautiful purpose built yoga center in a quiet village area of Ubud. The Yoga pavilion is open on 3 sides with roll down blinds, for optimum air flow, with a timber floor. The view from the yoga pavilion offers a feast of lush gardens, coconut palms and rice paddy fields.
Onsite twin share rooms in architecturally designed villa guest rooms, at The Shala Bali, as well as, intricately carved timber bungalows, at Darshana Yoga & Lodgings, are provided for our trainees at a special discounted rate. The room rate includes a wholesome, nutritious, vegetarian breakfast served at The Shala Bali Cafe and drinking water replenished daily. The tastefully, furnished rooms, with their own bathrooms, have a view of either rice paddy fields or the 20 meter infinity line swimming pool. Depending on enrollments participants are firstly accommodated at The Shala Bali > then when full at Darshana Yoga & Lodgings > which is right next door to The Shala Bali and forms part of The Shala Bali complex. Rooms at the different venues vary in size, layout and decor.
The Shala Bali in Ubud has the perfect, peaceful surroundings to allow students to go deeply within and focus solely on their yoga study and practice. Ubud offers many excellent cafes and restaurants, as well as, money changing facilities, ATMs and inexpensive massage and beauty treatments. Not far away, you will find the famous Ubud markets where you can bargain for the best price. Walking distance you will find shops, cafes, restaurants, museums, Temples and vibrant cultural performances.

June through to August is winter in Bali and the climate is very pleasant but tropical. It can be slightly cool in the evenings. The climate is humid all year round and it can rain heavily at times, so be sure to bring wet weather gear.

Louisa has dedicated her life to the practice and teaching of Yoga. She is passionate in the inquiry to find ones true nature and freedom.
In her teaching, Louisa encourages the understanding and acceptance of life, finding the teacher within and acknowledging the God in all. Louisa has had a committed Yoga Sadhana practice for 35 years. She teaches the principles of Tantric Advaita Philosophy and specializes in Self Inquiry, Therapeutic Yoga, Ayurveda Lifestyle, Mindful Vinyasa Asana, Pranayama & Meditation. Louisa teachers on the Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yoga Retreats and Yoga Workshops around the globe, encouraging students to develop a regular daily yoga and meditation practice. Louisa runs and is course coordinator of Yoga Arts.
